After two months of trying, I kept the hoop in motion for the first time this morning. I have lost eight pounds from squats (picking up the hoop to try again) and jumping on the mini trampoline.
I decided to take a rest from smoking last October. Between October and January, I gained 50 pounds. Ugh! However, according to www.losefree.com, I am in the correct weight range. At 5ft 2in with a medium frame, I should weigh 118 - 132 pounds. I weigh 122. Though I feel blubbery. Some toning and tightening will help me feel better.
